THE WHY

As a mom of two littles, Alyssa knows the struggle of treating yourself. The reason she highlights comfortability is because she knows the stress of walking into a salon and fearing the pressure of perfection. She wants her beauty bar to be a safe space for all.

THE BRAND

She chose the term "Bookish" to represent her love for literature, but with a modern twist. Soon she hopes that she can retail some of her favorite indie authors out of the shop. But for now, bring a book when you visit, and take a new book when you leave.
